In a recent circular from Gujarat VAT Department, date for submission of VAT Annual Return & obtaining VAT Audit Report have been extended up to 31/01/2016. VAT Audit Report online submission shall be within 30 days of this date i.e. 01/03/2016. It is a welcome step for Dealers & Consultants.

In a recent circular from Gujarat VAT Department, for any payment of VAT, Interest, Penalty etc above Rs. 50,000/-, E-payment has been made compulsory w.e.f. 22/01/2016 It will save time of both dealers and consultants. Earlier this limit was Rs. 10,00,000/-
